This page describes the z13 marketing website and community account service at playz13.com.
Your community account
Google Firebase provides authentication and stores the sign-in information for your account. Depending on how you sign in, this includes your email address, phone number, or basic profile information supplied by Google, such as your name and profile picture. The community service stores an account identifier, account timestamps, the optional display name you choose, and your selected interests.
We use this information to let you access your account, save your preferences, and plan community opportunities. Signing in does not subscribe you to marketing email or text messages.
Your feedback
Feedback submitted from your member area is stored with your account, its category, and a submission timestamp. Your account details, preferences, and feedback are private to you and z13’s project administrators; they are processed by the service providers that run the website and account service. There is no public member directory. Please do not include passwords or sensitive personal information in feedback.
Phone sign-in
If you use phone verification, Google receives and stores your phone number to prevent spam and abuse. Standard message rates may apply. The site currently supports US and Canada numbers. Email and Google sign-in are also available.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand page visits, navigation, and whether community actions succeed. These services may process technical information, such as browser and device details and analytics identifiers. Our community analytics events do not contain email addresses, phone numbers, account IDs, display names, feedback text, or sign-in codes.
Google advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. Sign-in credentials are removed from the community page URL before website analytics initializes. Campaign attribution parameters may remain.
Keeping and removing information
Your profile and feedback remain available until you remove your community account. You can request removal from the Account tab in your member area. Account removal deletes your community profile, submitted feedback, and sign-in account. A minimal security record may remain briefly to prevent feedback spam; this record is configured for automatic expiration. Service providers may retain operational records under their own policies.
Community accounts are separate from the game’s one-life characters. Removing your community account does not change your local game Codex or settings.
